According to LoadXtreme, you can only retrieve your transactions for the past 3 months. For best results, use Mozilla firefox as your browser since their website is best viewed with it.To retrieve, just follow the instructions below:
1.) Log on to www.loadxtreme.ph
2.) Proceed to “Sales Monitoring”
3.) Set the database to “Archive beyond 3 days” for past 3 days transactions.
4.) Set the viewable data into “100”.
5.) Then click Go.
If nothing appears (this actually happened to me), click “export to excel.” It will ask you to download a zip file. Download it, extract and open the excel file, there you will see your past 3 months of sales.
